Heather Osborn is a dynamic and visionary team leader with a proven track record in fostering relationships as well as driving collaboration and strategy for both colleagues and clients. As the Director of Wealth Planning, she is instrumental in crafting and implementing a comprehensive Wealth Planning strategy that enables the firm to deliver a high-impact, holistic, client-centered planning experience. Heather’s efforts consistently add quantifiable value to the lives of our clients.
An enthusiastic CFP® professional, Heather has dedicated her career to transforming clients' lives through meticulous planning. She leads the Wealth Planning team by prioritizing holistic and quality client engagements, providing technical expertise tailored to each client's unique needs.
Heather is an alumna of Western Kentucky University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in finance with a specialization in financial planning. Her professional journey includes more than a decade at Hilliard Lyons, where she played a pivotal role in designing and implementing a holistic wealth management process that significantly benefited clients. Before her tenure at Hilliard Lyons, Heather served as a Financial Planner and Financial Advisor, offering comprehensive planning and advice to individual clients.
Since 2004, Heather has been a proud resident of Williamson County, TN. She is married and has two children, one of whom is a freshman at the University of Tennessee. Go, Volunteers! Heather enjoys spending time with her family, boating and skiing on Lake Cumberland.
