Branch Administrative Supervisor | Senior Registered Client Specialist
Melissa Mills joined Baird in December 2016, bringing over 28 years of experience in operations and client service within the financial services industry. As a Senior Registered Client Specialist, she holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses in the State of Florida. She recently earned the Wealth Management Certified Professional (WMCP®) designation, further enhancing her expertise in the field.
In her role, Melissa is dedicated to anticipating and addressing clients’ daily needs with care, efficiency, and professionalism. She also serves as the Branch Administrative Supervisor, overseeing associates in the West Palm Beach, Stuart, and Naples offices.
A West Palm Beach native, Melissa enjoys spending quality time with her family—especially her granddaughter—and engaging in outdoor activities such as camping, snorkeling, kayaking, and beach outings.
